Delivery rescheduling is accommodated with 48 hours' advance notice.

Measuring

Ensure your space can accommodate your new furniture by measuring doorways, stairwells, hallways, ceilings, entryways, and landings. Consider any obstacles such as bannisters or low ceilings. Custom furniture is non-returnable. J & J Furniture offers help with measurements and placement.

Delivery Obstacles

Inform your team of any challenging roads, driveways, or access points. Check for specific delivery instructions for buildings, such as dedicated freight elevators or restricted delivery hours.

Room Preparation

Prepare your space by removing old furniture and clearing a path for the new items. 

 

Delivery

Our delivery team will unwrap, place, and assemble your new furniture, except cribs, which require customer assembly. The team cannot rearrange existing furniture, connect or disconnect electrical equipment, or hang mirrors or wall art.

Inspection

Inspect your furniture upon delivery and report any concerns to the delivery team immediately.
