In-Home Delivery Timing
For stocked items, our central warehouse keeps them ready for immediate shipment to your local professional delivery team upon order placement. Customized items are crafted promptly after ordering, with estimated delivery times provided on the product page or in your cart. Order update emails will keep you informed on your build status, and local delivery will be scheduled via a call. Note that delivery times are estimated based on store locations and product or fabric availability, with geographic exceptions applying and delivery details confirmed in the cart.
Delivery Times
- In-Home Delivery in 7-10 Days: Accessories will be delivered via UPS within 7-10 business days. Orders for various furniture will also be delivered within 7-10 business days. Tracking emails will be provided for all accessory orders.
- Out of Area Markets: Delivery times may extend by 1-2 weeks in out-of-area locations. Contact your local delivery team for more detailed estimates based on your zip code and product.
- In-Store Pickup: Select stores offer short-term hold for pickups. Eligible orders will show a "pick-up" option in your cart. Note that store staff cannot load or secure furniture in your vehicle, and some items may require customer assembly. Pickup times vary by location; contact your local store for details. This service is complimentary.
Order Process
After placing an order online, you’ll receive an email confirming your order and sale price, including contact details for the local team handling your order.
The local handling team will review and verify your order, especially custom products. A design consultant may contact you to discuss your design and any unavailable options. You will receive email updates on your order status throughout production.
When your items are ready, the local team will call to schedule delivery, offering several available days. One to two days before delivery, you will be provided with a three-hour delivery window. J& J Furniture cannot guarantee specific delivery times and requires 48 hours' notice for rescheduling. Upon request, the local store can contact you one hour before delivery.
Orders will be held in the local distribution center for 30 days, after which they must be paid in full. If held for 60 days or more, a 2% monthly service fee will be charged until delivery is scheduled. Orders without customer communication will be canceled after six months, with a 15% restocking fee and all service fees applied. Contact your local store for details.
Accessories are shipped directly to you, with confirmation and tracking emails provided throughout processing and shipment.
